About Bea Well Nutrition

Bea Stitt

My story became my “why”. I started making positive changes to my health over ten years ago after years of an unhealthy relationship with food, lack of energy as a mom, shame-base eating, exercise, thyroid disease, and cancer. As well as experiencing miscarriages I was even more motivated to find out just how much nutrition and exercise affects our health. This gave me a desire to help others because I know I am not alone with these experiences and can relate to multiple struggles around nutrition. During the five years that I was studying to become a dietitian, I was able to practice as a health coach. I earned my bachelor’s from Kansas State University and my graduate certificate from Andrew’s University with a focus on plant base diets and clinical nutrition. During this time I also received multiple certifications that allow dietitians and coaches to help close the gap between nutrition knowledge and preferred results in a way that is realistic for clients and will last a lifetime. This is a place where you can make peace with food and improve your health at the same time. I also earned my prenatal and postpartum exercise specialist certificate so I can help women to exercise or continue to exercise during this season safely and how hormones impact muscle and performance.

My mission is to help you become more mindful of your body and how it relates to nutrition and exercise. To help make an impact on women's and their families health by encouraging them in a real way. To teach women how to make small steps that make a huge impact that lasts a lifetime even with busy lifestyles. To be truly well in a personalized way.
